Confessions of a Lady Presents- Self-Care and Confessions.
Join Lady O as she presents step 1 of the RELEASE Process: Recognizing the Weight of the Baggage. Participants at this event will be guided through the process of healing from emotional trauma and unpacking their emotional backpacks. Participants will receive an inspirational talk with Lady O, a hand-poured RELEASE scented candle, refreshments, a copy of Lady O's Release Mantra, and other self-care tips and tricks for learning to live a more purposed and authentic life.
